Group consultation provides an intentional, collaborative space for therapists seeking to deepen their application of RLT while learning through shared clinical experiences.
Together, we'll explore challenging cases, examine relational dynamics, strengthen clinical interventions, and engage in thoughtful reflection about the therapist's role in the therapeutic process.
Our work will also make room for the intersections of identity, culture, power, and lived experience—and how these shape both the relationships we treat and the relationships we create with our clients.
Through clinical discussion, experiential learning, and self-of-therapist exploration, participants will have opportunities to move beyond simply knowing the model toward embodying its principles with greater confidence and authenticity.

Every Other Sunday | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern
Intentionally scheduled on Sundays, this cohort offers practicing therapists dedicated space for professional growth without competing with the demands of the traditional clinical workweek.
Culture, Identity & Relational Practice
Race, culture, gender, power, and belonging influence what unfolds between partners and between therapist and client. Consultation makes room to examine these realities alongside the relational patterns in the case.
I welcome clinicians of all backgrounds and have a particular commitment to supporting clinicians of color as they develop their relational voice and practice.

Do I need to be RLT Certified?
